Physiotherapy Patient Success Stories

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the success stories shared by our patients:

  • Michael Taylor:
“I can absolutely reccommend Pretto Physiotherapy for assisting me with a shoulder injury that was at a point that I could not even move my neck or sleep on my shoulder. The headaches were unbearable. The ethical, communicative, caring, competent, and collaborative professional team have not only ensured I fully recover, they continue to check up on me weekly to ensure I continue with suggested exercises. They are absolutely brilliant!!”

  • Cassandra Nicole Kuppen:
“A great experience at Pretto physio. Very friendly staff. Great service and very accomodating. Sam was an amazing therapist who really helped me, with advice for after physio as well. I highly recommend this practice.”

  • Nastasja Baker:
“Chantelle has been absolutely incredible in my journey of healing from start to end. Couldn’t have asked for a better, more helpful person.”

Other patients have shared that:
“Chantel and team are absolutely amazing. You are in the best possible care here.”
“Pretto Physiotherapy provides excellent personalized care with knowledgeable and professional physiotherapists. Effective treatment and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!”
“So glad I found this physio. Pretto Physiotherapy is fantastic. I was in the best hands of physiotherapist Sameerah. I arrived at the practice in total agony. Sameerah was so friendly, even though I was grumpy from the pain. She was sympathetic, professional and took her time to assess where my pain was originating from. She definitely knew what she was doing, and that definitely made me feel at ease.”
“Chantelle and Zubeida are very professional and caring, my sessions are always such a relief. Highly recommend Pretto Physios.”
“After tearing a ligament in my ankle last year Pretto Physiotherapy picked up the injury that was chalked down by doctors as a sprain and referred me to the correct doctor. After being in a moon boot, I returned to Pretto Physiotherapy and received the best treatment to gain strength back in my ankle. The rehabilitation process was very rigorous but got me comfortable and steady on my feet quickly. I would definitely recommend Pretto Physiotherapy for all your physiotherapy needs.”
