So glad I found this physio. Pretto Physiotherapy is fantastic. I was in the best hands of physiotherapist Sameerah. I arrived at the practice in total agony. Sameerah was so friendly, even though I was grumpy from the pain. She was sympathetic, professional and took her time to assess where my pain was originating from. She definitely knew what she was doing, and that definitely made me feel at ease.

After tearing a ligament in my ankle last year Pretto Physiotherapy picked up the injury that was chalked down by doctors as a sprain and referred me to the correct doctor. So after walking around on my injury for weeks I finally had an answer. After being in a moon boot, I returned to Pretto Physiotherapy and received the best treatment to gain strength back in my ankle. The rehabilitation process was very rigorous but got me comfortable and steady on my feet quickly. I would definitely recommend Pretto Physiotherapy for all your physiotherapy needs.

I was skeptical about going back to physio as I’d had a few bad experiences where I almost had to devise my own rehab programme, which is great if you like doing that but not when you’re expecting that from your physiotherapist. Chantelle provides an honest assessment and gives you all the tools you need to ensure that you come back stronger from an injury and prevent it from happening again. She is professional and has been key in my rehab journey being pleasant. She has redeemed my faith in physios.
